Activision's new Guitar Hero: Smash Hits trailer features very little in the way of "new." It's loaded with old tunes, even if the trailer argues they're "the most fun Guitar Hero songs." But at least the thing gives us a firm release date, letting us know we can expect the game formerly known as Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits to arrive on June 16th. We only know a portion of the soundtrack so far, but the official site promises regular updates, letting fans decide which set list is announced next. Not as good as letting fans actually choose which songs will be psp themes included in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits, but about as democratic as Activision gets.
